Niki Bryan, Chairperson
	Niki Bryan, a native Floridian, launched a career in beauty that has spanned nearly twenty five years.  During this time, she has been an active member and leader within the community having served on numerous charitable and community boards. In the late 1970’s, Ms. Bryan owned and operated her own public relations company for a short time.  However, having developed a great interest in the beauty/health industry, she decided to take her career in a different direction.  In 1981, she opened Aida Grey of Beverly Hills in downtown Orlando.  Affiliated with the well-known beauty and health center located in Beverly Hills; this was the first Aida Grey Institute opened outside of the California area.  Ms. Bryan founded a beauty and health services company committed to “Bringing the right people together to provide the ultimate in beauty and health services.” Hiring only highly trained individuals in all technical areas set the high standard prevalent today in each Niki Bryan facility.  Each staff member also encompasses the best of a “gracious and warm” attitude resulting in a warmer, more satisfying experience for the customers.  The company interacts daily with guests from all over the world. Ms. Bryan is a 1973 graduate of the University of Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Over the past twenty five  years, Ms. Bryan has been an invited guest lecturer for the International Spa Association, the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida. In recognition of her numerous accomplishments, she is a past recipient of Orlando’s “Outstanding Businesswoman of the Year”.
	Dan Shackleton-Jones, President
	Dan Shackleton-Jones, a native of  England, began his career in the United States in Real Estate working for Coldwell Bankers in Maryland in 1995, prior to coming to the Niki Bryan, Inc. team. Mr. Shackleton-Jones joined Niki Bryan, Inc. in 1997, holding several positions including Manager of Health Clubs & Salons, Director, General Manager and Vice President of Operations. Appointed President in 2003, Mr. Shackleton-Jones oversees all aspects of management and operations for the Company. The Company’s future growth will be a primary focus, as Niki Bryan, Inc. continues its leadership in the Spa and Wellness industry. Mr. Shackleton-Jones is a 1995 graduate of The University of Wales, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation and Leisure Management.
	Ted Wettstein, Chief Financial Officer
	Ted Wettstein, a Floridian for all but four years of his life, has served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Company since 1990.  Mr. Wettstein is a certified public accountant, with experience in public accounting, taxation, and financial management.  After earning a Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida in 1981, Mr. Wettstein served as Tax Manager for the public accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney, now Ernst & Young.  He then served as the Chief Financial Officer for a variety of companies from technology start-ups to established companies to public companies including the Niki Bryan Company.  He has raised capital, structured joint ventures, negotiated transactions, started companies and provided financial and tax management.  Mr. Wettstein is a skilled strategic planner, financial manager and accountant.
